High Class Mortgage is seeking to fill the following positions: branch managers/team leaders, senior loan officers, junior loan officers and processors.

Criteria

Sr. Loan Officer, Team Leader, Branch Manager/Qualified Employee

• Within the last 60 days; 4 years full-time mortgage experience
• 100+ mortgage transactions originated & closed
• Management and/or supervisory experience
• Industry References
• Interview with HCM principal or officer
• Fulfill all licensing criteria for state in which you operate

Jr. Loan Officer or Support Staff

• Completed HCM and/or similar training program
• Two years Mortgage experience
• Able to work Full-time or a description of how they can do this without being full-time
• Marketing Plan
• Fulfill all licensing criteria for state in which you operate

Processor

• If applicable, licensed as a Mortgage Agent in Nevada with HCM
• Pass required HCM test
• References, Good Credit and No Criminal History
• Work from a licensed HCM Office if required by state law

• Complete the New Hire Packet at www.gotohcm.com and turn it into HCM Officer Relations Dept./Officer Manager. Do not give this to the L.O. Relations Dept. until Loan Officer is listed at www.dora.state.co.us/real-estate/ with HCM.


• The Loan Officer must attend an Orientation class.


• Loan Officers may not start any loans prior to receiving approval from HCM Management and the States of Colorado.
